We witnessed that the society particularly, in the field of Education and Training is suffering a lot! Despite, the govt. is striving hard to extend education to all,  finding too difficult to render justice in this sector. Hence, the govt has initiated to permit the private management schools under the streams viz:- State and Central Board pattern of education etc. thus, today we find mushroom growth of such schools in all places. That’s fine! But, the scenario is such that the most of it flourishing like bright sun and at the same time many are struggling to maintain their existence, unfortunately few are vanishing in the budding stage itself. The question comes WHY? The facts may be finance, infrastructure, necessary permissions from the nodal agencies, or manpower, guidance, support etc.,.

On the other hand, higher education is also becoming far reaching to the economically weaker section and due to availability of  plenty of diversified courses and professions the present youth and their parents are quite confused and are in very tensed situation by not able to decide what to study and which profession to opt. of course IIT’s, IIM’s and few prestigious institutions are not cup of tea of the mass. The majority of the youth/parents of the society are probably  lacking of guidance and counseling while selecting the courses and colleges. In this direction, DAS join hands with the needy in these sectors

Various colleges be it professional, vocational or medical etc., are located in different parts of the country. How to know, which to study, how to enroll, etc. are the questions that arises to every aspirant. To fulfill this we have an admission guidance facility.
Once the education or training is completed it is the time for job hunting. Again same questions arises. where to get the job, which place, organization, future , salary  etc.,so to give you a better career opportunities we have a placement guidance facility.
So, from Nursery school level to complete education and upto getting  job. DAS is striving hard to provide services under one roof. Apart from this,  DAS  also feels that it is not only the education that is enough or makes an individual to perform cent percent or to become all-rounder , compete successfully in real life situation  and attain happiness and peace in individual’s life, but also Cultural, sports, literary, creativity, art, dance music is also essential to one’s overall growth. So that, one can succeed in their inherited talent or adopt and acquaint with skills and become an all-rounder, a person with solid character - which helps the individual not only to lead life, but also motivates to look towards the brighter and positive side of the life. Keeping this motto DAS  intends to promote Art and painting training camps/schools, conducting personality development camps, creating a platform for promotion of art, craft, dance, music, creative talent, theater art, etc., Further we found that these acquired talents are there in our society in large number. But left unidentified or due to best known reasons to them, are not coming to lime light and are in the shades. So, DAS  aims to bring  these into main stream and join hands with them in achieving their goals by submitting their talents to the society by creating a platform for them to perform and facilitate them with prizes and awards and required encouragements.

Few talents need continuous and comprehensive guidance and training such as, theatre- art, dance, music, painting, computer learning etc., so we intend to organize such classes/camps to fulfill these objectives.

When these objectives reaches the mass, we feel the need of imparting these to physically challenged, dumb and deaf students, rural students  so that the society grows in all its spheres.. There by D A S aims at contributing a complete child development into youth and motivates them  to lead a successful life with lucrative career along with enriched  talents. These objectives we intend to reach it all without distinguishing from caste, creed, cost, and class. Only prime  intension is to make the individual to LIVE AND LET LIVE WITH SOUND MIND, MONEY AND POSITIVE MIND and strong FEARLESS, CONFIDENT -  PERSONALITY.

So, after analyzing the scenario for the past two and half decade have volunteered to contribute our efforts and share our knowledge in joining hands with the said objectives and thus intending to come forward to understand your DREAMS – assisting you in ACHIEVING your goals- and making you to SUCCEED in all your endeavors thru creative and cognitive consultancy services.
